OUR TEAM
Our team is our secret weapon! We are blessed with three amazing hygienists, three compassionate assistants, two enthusiastic office administrators, and of course our two wonderful dentists. This is a very multicultural office with members of eight countries represented and we can serve you in 8 languages (English, Spanish, Portuguese, Tibetan, Albanian, Gaelic, Hindi, Nepalese, and limited Italian). Each member of our team will do their best to ensure that you feel completely comfortable at your dental visit and beyond. We work hard to provide you with correct estimates, explain necessary treatment, and calm any nerves.
Dr. Lorna Lally
Dr. Lally has owned and grown this practice for the last 10 years and her success is due in equal parts to her calming and compassionate personality, impeccable restoration work, and a focus on patient-centered care. She completed her first dental degree in Ireland and then attended Tufts University of Dental Medicine.
Dr. Lally is an active supporter of both her patients, and the Somerville community at large. When she is not at the office, you will likely find her spending time with her three children and husband, or sneaking in some quiet time with yoga or a podcast.
Dr. Irida Dautaj
Dr. Dautaj is originally from Albania where she attended the University of Tirana's School of Dental Medicine. She has been a practicing dentist in the USA for many years after completing her DMD at the University of Connecticut and a further residency here in Boston at Brigham and Women's Hospital/Harvard University School of Dental Medicine. She holds memberships with the American Dental Association and the Massachusetts Dental Society.
When she is not working at the office, you will likely find her spending time with family and friends.

We employ four amazing hygienists: Lobsang, Maria, Audra and Kyla. Each of these ladies is fully certified and share over 25 years of experience between them. They will give you tips for your home care and discuss the importance of nutrition and your dental health.

Whenever you have an appointment with one of our dentists, you will be greeted first by the friendly face of Jensy or Q. These competent dental assistants help the doctors before, during, and after procedures by preparing the correct materials and ensuring you are feeling relaxed and comfortable.

Usually the first and last faces you will see here at the office are the smiling ones of Maria and Jessica, our amazingly competent office administrators. These hardworking ladies are the ones who help you to schedule or reschedule your appointments, provide you with estimates, and respond to any and all questions.
